For those searching for the best yarrow supplement for circulation, the evidence suggests looking for products that disclose their flavonoid content, preferably in milligrams rather than in vague references to 'potency', and that do not make claims about curing, preventing, or reversing any specific disease, as such claims are both legally prohibited and scientifically unsupported.
The research supports the conclusion that yarrow extracts exhibit biological activity relevant to vascular health. It does not support the conclusion that taking a capsule will solve one's circulation problems, which is a narrower claim than the marketing typically allows but a more honest one.
One might say that yarrow shows promise. One might also say that promise is not the same as proof, and that the distance between the two is filled with ongoing research efforts, cautiously worded abstracts, and fruit flies on high-sugar diets that did not fare particularly well. It is a modest conclusion, rather than a triumphant one, but modesty has the advantage of being accurate, which in this context is rather the point.
