While Amazon and other big retailers stock best-sellers that sit in warehouse networks for months at wildly fluctuating temperatures, we get your supplements fresh from climate-controlled facilities. Yes, it takes longer. But your probiotics will actually be alive when they arrive, not just expensive capsules of disappointment.

How long does shipping take?

Depends on the item. Pre-order items typically ship within 5-10 business days (sometimes faster, sometimes slower - we're not robots). In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. We know this isn't Amazon Prime speed, but your supplements also won't arrive pre-degraded from cooking in a delivery truck.
