CheckUsFirst+ Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions (cash payments)

Introduction:

We now accept remote subscriptions to the Black Card Service. However, remote members will not have access to two benefits reserved for local customers:

1. In-store access to our distributors' full inventories with pricing

2. Access to local product releases

Attn: This membership is only available online for customer who can walk into the store to make use of their membership.

You can cancel at any time but cannot re-subscribe for 6 months without CheckUsFirst manager's approval.

Welcome to CheckUsFirst+. By subscribing to CheckUsFirst+, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a comprehensive and enjoyable shopping experience. This program gives any member access to purchase any entertainment product from CheckUsFirst at 10% over Invoice . (please add 5% for any other method of Payments other than cash.)

Membership Eligibility, Fees, and Benefits

• Eligibility: Membership is open to anyone 18 years and older. CheckUsFirst reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
• Fees: The membership is available at an annual fee of $150 or a monthly fee of $20, providing access to products at 10% above invoice for cash payments (14% any other method of payment), subject to availability.
• Benefits: Members enjoy exclusive access to CheckUsFirst+ product lines and services.

Orders, Payment, and Pickup

• Order Payment: Orders under $250 are payable upon pickup. Failure to pay requires future orders to be prepaid. Orders over $250 require prepayment beyond the first $250.
• Order Pickup: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
• Non-Refundable: Membership fees and purchases are non-refundable, except for defective products, which are subject to our discretion for replacement or refund.

Membership Card Policy

• Usage: Membership cards are non-transferable, except to one designated family member on the account and must be presented at the time of ordering.
• Loss/Theft: Immediate reporting is required. A fee of $10 for each replacement . Possible termination of membership may apply for multiple losses.

Renewal and Cancellation

• Renewal: Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until canceled.
• Cancellation: Must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Brand Authorization Guarantee

• Effort: CheckUsFirst+ will attempt to secure authorization for specific brands/products upon a member's request.
• Refund Guarantee: If securing authorization is unsuccessful and the member joined specifically for that brand/product, a full refund of the membership fee will be issued.

Purchasing and Returns

• Purchasing Rights: A valid membership card is required for purchasing. We reserve the right to limit sales.
• Returns: Returns are accepted for defective products, which may be exchanged or refunded if the same item is unavailable.

Miscellaneous

• Product Availability: Subject to availability and store authorization.
• Changes to Terms: CheckUsFirst+ reserves the right to modify the terms at any time without prior notice.
