Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Our site reflects stock available at our suppliers and what is available in our on-hand inventory. If an item is not immediately available, the "Add to Cart" button will change to "Pre-Order".
- On-Hand Items: Items physically in our warehouse usually ship within 3-5 business days.
- Pre-Orders/Backorders: These typically ship in 5-14 business days, once the inventory has arrived and passed our quality checks.
When an order is placed as a backorder or preorder, funds are collected 3-5 day after order date. The order will remain open with funds collected until one of the following three events occurs:
- The order is fulfilled and shipped to you.
- You (the customer) request a cancellation prior to physical shipment.
(Note: Cancellation is possible when tracking number has been issued if the carrier has not yet picked up the package.) - We are notified by the respective brand that the item has been discontinued (in which case a full refund will be issued).
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at: sales@theoasisofhealth.com.

- You may return any merchandise, with approval, in its original sealed condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 90 days of receipt. Most requests are issued without question.
- You will receive a full refund less shipping (if charged).
- We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging without prior approval.
- Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless we made an error.
