- Iodine (from potassium iodide), 500 mcg
- Coleus forskohlii extract (10% forskolin), 250 mg
- Bacopa monnieri extract (50-55% bacosides), 300 mg
- Copper (from copper citrate), 500 mcg
- Zinc (from zinc citrate), 5 mg
- Selenium (as Selenomethionine), 55 mcg
Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin (corn and sweet potato), sodium stearyl fumarate, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose

Suggested Use: Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as epigastric burning sensation and nausea. Discontinue use if rash develops.
