The cards inside are described as "luxuriously designed," which is a phrase I did not know cardboard could earn, but here we are. Some of the characters are brand new to the One Piece Card Game. Other characters are old Leaders who got pulled out of retirement with new effects, like a boxer coming back for one more fight, except the boxer is a pirate and the fight is a card game and everyone's fine with it.
