Here's the thing about vitamin D. Your body technically knows how to make its own, but only if you go stand outside with a lot of bare skin showing, which is a tough sell in February, and also just generally a weird way to go about getting a nutrient. This is cholecalciferol, which is the same form of vitamin D your skin would theoretically produce if you lived a more outdoorsy life than you currently do. It's fat soluble, which just means it's the patient type, it hangs around and does its job instead of rushing through you like some of the water soluble ones. A hundred capsules per bottle, so you're set for a while. Math isn't really my department, but that's a lot of days.
