- Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), 2.5 mcg (1/2 tsp); 5 mcg (1 tsp)
- Choline (as choline bitartrate), 50 mg (1/2 tsp); 100 mg (1 tsp)
- Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate, magnesium glycinate), 88 mg (1/2 tsp); 175 mg (1 tsp)
- L-Theanine, 25 mg (1/2 tsp); 50 mg (1 tsp)

Suggested Use: Start out with a half serving of CALM for Kids, and gradually increase serving per day, or as directed by your health provider. For children 4 to 8 years: 1/2 teaspoon. For children 9 or more years of age: serving is 1 teaspoon. Directions: Start by placing the desired amount into a cup or mug, add 2-3 ounces of water, drink fizz. Stir the drink and let it fizz completely dissolved, then fill the cup with warm or cold water.
