Other Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water
No gluten, sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, dairy products, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives
Suggested Use: Adults (18 and older), upon first experiencing symptoms, take 1 softgel every other day for 20 days, and 1 softgel as needed for occasional relief thereafter. Best if taken one-half hour before or one hour after meals, with water or your favorite beverage. Swallow whole.
