Zi Hua Di Ding, unsulfured, is a traditional herbal formula without added sulfur. Which, when you think about it, means somewhere along the line somebody had to decide sulfur was even an option. It's not. Not here. This is Plum Flower's version, made the old way, minus the preservative shortcut some processors take because sulfur keeps things looking fresher longer than they actually are.
