- Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), 75 mg
- Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate), 25 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), 25 mg
- Manganese (manganese citrate), 2.5 mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides)
Suggested Use: Adults take 1 tablet 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
