- Lactoferrin (provides 16.65 mcg iron), 100 mg
- Vitamin C (from ascorbic acid), 200 mg
- Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), 647 mcg
- Folic acid (as calcium L-5-MTHF), 800 mcg
- Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), 25 mg
- Copper (from copper citrate), 900 mcg
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate, maltodextrin (from sweet potato), lecithin (sunflower), hypromellose
Contains cow's milk/dairy products and soy. Do not use if you have such allergies.
Suggested Use: Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Taking a daily prenatal multivitamin/mineral supplement along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to the high intake of iron. Stop use of Vitamin B6 products and ask a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities.
