- Green tea leaf extract (40% total polyphenols, EGCG and caffeine), 50 mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Silica, Medium-chain triglycerides
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule before meals 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. This product is best not taken at dinner or before bed. Dosages later in the evening may interfere with sleep.
