Drink steadily over 12-16 fl. oz) following the smoothie. When first taking PGX Weight Loss Meal Replacement, begin with 1 scoop (31.5 g) in a glass of water (6-8 fl. oz.) and gradually increase to 2 scoops (63 g) as directed above.
