Biotics Research has been quietly making professional-grade supplements at their own facility in Rosenberg, Texas since 1975 (long before "clean-label" became a marketing department's favorite phrase), and Bio-C Plus is a tidy example of how they roll: real ingredients, stated amounts, no mystery blends.
What's Actually in the Tablet
Each tablet delivers 500 mg of vitamin C — not as a single compound, but as a quartet of mineral ascorbates: calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, and sodium ascorbate. Think of it as the four-part harmony version of vitamin C (556% Daily Value, if you're keeping score). Alongside that comes 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoids sourced from citrus fruit, plus 10 mcg each of Superoxide Dismutase and Catalase, both derived from vegetable culture. The tablet's other ingredients are all vegetable-sourced or inert binders — stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, food glaze, and silica. Clean cabinet, happy shelf.
