Vitamin A shows up as natural mixed carotenoids and acetate in a 1:2 IU ratio. Vitamin C arrives as mixed ascorbates. Vitamin D comes as cholecalciferol. Folate is delivered as calcium folinate, and B12 as methylcobalamin — both forms you'll recognize if you've spent any time deep in the supplement rabbit hole (no judgment; welcome). Minerals cover calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iodine, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium, and boron, with magnesium doing triple duty as citrate, gluconate, and glycinate.
