Alongside those, you get vitamin A as natural mixed carotenoids (710 mcg RAE), vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate (20 mg), a full B-complex lineup — thiamin, riboflavin, niacin as niacinamide, B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride, B12 as methylcobalamin (100 mcg), biotin (300 mcg), and pantothenic acid (50 mg) — plus zinc as zinc gluconate (5 mg), PABA (10 mg), L-glutamine (100 mg), and both superoxide dismutase and catalase sourced from vegetable culture at 15 mcg each. The suggested use is one capsule three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Capsule shell is gelatin and water; other excipients include magnesium glycinate, potassium citrate, and magnesium stearate from a vegetable source.
