What's Actually Inside This Thing

Each three-capsule serving delivers a notably full roster of ingredients. Saw palmetto — specifically a 4:1 berry extract of Serenoa repens at 500 mg — anchors the formula. Alongside it you'll find three amino acids: glycine (500 mg), L-alanine (200 mg), and glutamic acid as L-glutamic acid HCl (200 mg). On the vitamin and mineral side: Vitamin A supplied as natural mixed carotenoids and acetate at 3,310 mcg RAE (368% DV), Vitamin B6 as the active pyridoxal-5-phosphate form at 6 mg (353% DV), magnesium as magnesium glycinate at 100 mg, zinc as zinc citrate at 45 mg (409% DV), and selenium as selenomethionine at 50 mcg. Rounding out the formula are lycopene naturally isolated from tomatoes at 3 mg, chlorophyllins from mulberry leaf at 2 mg, and two enzymes — superoxide dismutase and catalase — each at 30 mcg, both sourced from vegetable culture. Capsule shell is gelatin and water. Gluten free. Dairy free. No proprietary blends hiding the details.
