Some supplement names try so hard to sound relaxing that just reading them causes stress. First is PeptiSleep™, a protein hydrolysate sourced from brown rice (Oryza sativa), at 250 mg per serving. Second is Lactium®, a bioactive milk peptide made from hydrolyzed casein (the αS1-casein hydrolysate variety, for those who appreciate precision), at 225 mg per serving. The capsule shell itself is straightforward gelatin and water, with cellulose, and vegetable-sourced stearic acid and magnesium stearate rounding out the other ingredients — nothing exotic, nothing mysterious, nothing you'd need a chemistry degree to pronounce. The product is gluten free and GMO free, though it does contain ingredients derived from milk, so that's worth noting before it goes in the cart.
