Juan Bi Tang: Chiang-huo & Curcuma Combination Granules
Sun Ten's Juan Bi Tang blends chiang-huo and curcuma into one joint-friendly granule.
Chiang-huo is a root. Curcuma is also a root. This tells you two things: one, roots are apparently very serious about joint comfort, and two, whoever named this formula was not in the mood for poetry. It's called Chiang-huo & Curcuma Combination because that is, literally, what it is. No mystery ingredient. No "proprietary blend" that turns out to be mostly rice flour and hope. Just a traditional granule formula, built the way it's been built for a long time, now sitting in a jar on your counter instead of simmering in a pot for three hours.
This is a classic combination formula rooted in traditional Chinese herbal practice, made into granules so you don't have to become a part-time herbalist just to use it. You dissolve it in warm water. That's the whole ritual. No boiling, no straining through cheesecloth, no herbal fumes filling up your kitchen and making your smoke detector suspicious. Sun Ten does the extraction and concentration work so the granule form is genuinely convenient, which is a word I don't use lightly about anything involving roots.
What It's Formulated to Support
- Supports joint comfort and mobility as part of a normal, active lifestyle
- Supports a healthy inflammatory response in muscles and joints
- Promotes overall musculoskeletal wellness
- Supports healthy circulation to areas of physical exertion
Sun Ten has been making these traditional granule extracts for decades, using GMP-standard manufacturing, which is a fancy way of saying the roots are treated with the same seriousness you'd want from anything you're about to dissolve in water and drink on purpose. The granules are concentrated from the raw herbs, so you're getting the traditional formula in a form that doesn't require a stove, a strainer, or an afternoon you didn't plan on spending near a pot.
This is a supplement, not a fix for a body that's already fallen apart. Think of it as ongoing support for joints and muscles that move around a lot during a normal day, whether that day involves sports, gardening, or just standing near the coffee maker for what feels like an unreasonable amount of time. Consistency matters more than any single dose, the same way watering a plant once a year does not count as taking care of a plant.
Store it somewhere cool and dry, mix it as directed, and give your body's normal daily wellness routine a little traditional backup. That's the pitch. It's roots, in a jar, doing what roots have apparently been doing for a very long time.
