Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start out with a half serving of Natural Vitality CALM for Kids and gradually increase to one full serving per day, or as directed by your child's health care provider. For children 4 to 8 years, one serving is approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1.8 g). For children 9 years and older, one serving is approximately 1 teaspoon (3.6 g). For fastest preparation: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM for Kids to a glass or bottle of cold water.
