Some supplements arrive quietly, slide into the cabinet, and just become part of the morning ritual — the cup of coffee, the seven minutes of questionable stretching, the tablet you snap out of the blister pack without even thinking about it. Complete FM by Nutri-West is that kind of bottle. Understated label, serious formula, zero drama. (The drama stays where it belongs: in your inbox, not your supplement shelf.)
Nutri-West has been doing this since 1983 out of Douglas, Wyoming — which is either wonderfully old-school or just proof that a good formula doesn't need a rebrand every eighteen months. This one packs calcium, magnesium, zinc, and a 163 mg proprietary blend of enzymes, amino acids, botanicals, and phospholipids into a single tablet you take once a day. That's a lot of roommates for one little pill.
What's Actually in the Bottle
Think of Complete FM's tablet as a very well-organized carry-on bag — everything has its place and nothing is just filler. Each tablet leads with three minerals: calcium as citrate (30 mg), magnesium in a malate-and-citrate combo (57 mg), and zinc as malate (6 mg). Then comes the proprietary blend — 163 mg worth of a genuinely varied cast of characters. Glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl glucosamine show up first, followed by a digestive enzyme crew that includes pancreatin (porcine), bromelain from fruit, papain from fruit, amylase (diastase), lipase (vegetable), and trypsin (bovine). The amino acid contingent brings L-leucine, L-valine, and L-ornithine as ketoglutarate. Rounding things out: lecithin and phosphatidylcholine from soy, betaine as hydrochloride, grape seed extract, and milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum). One tablet. Quite the guest list.
The suggested use is one tablet daily, or as directed by your practitioner — which is exactly the kind of instruction that rewards having an actual practitioner in your corner. Complete FM is gluten-free and manufactured in the USA at Nutri-West's facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Note that it contains egg and soybean allergens and is not vegetarian.
