Shu Jing Huo Xue Tang translates to "unblock the channels." Refreshingly honest.

This is a traditional Chinese herbal formula built around two headliners: Chin-chiu (also called Qin Jiao) and Corydalis (Yan Hu Suo), rounded out by a supporting cast of herbs that have been working together for a very long time, possibly longer than your gym membership. The "Bian Fang" in the name just means "modified formula," which is the herbal medicine equivalent of a band's greatest hits album with two new tracks. Sun Ten takes this formula, extracts it into a concentrated granule, and puts it into a capsule so you don't have to boil a pot of bark and roots on your stove like it's 800 AD.

What This Formula Actually Does

Shu Jing Huo Xue Tang (Bian Fang) is formulated to support healthy circulation and promote comfort in the joints and muscles, the kind of thing your body appreciates after a long day of sitting, standing, walking, or whatever else your body does that it later complains about. Corydalis has a long history of traditional use for physical comfort, and Chin-chiu is traditionally associated with joint and muscle wellness. Together, this blend supports:

  • Joint comfort and mobility
  • Healthy circulation throughout the body
  • A healthy inflammatory response
  • General musculoskeletal wellness
  • The body's natural recovery process after physical activity

None of this means the capsule is doing gymnastics on your behalf. It's a supplement, not a personal trainer. It supports the systems that are already there, quietly, in the background, like a stagehand nobody thanks.

Why Sun Ten

Sun Ten has been standardizing traditional Chinese herbal formulas into consistent, lab-tested extract granules for decades, which matters a lot when you're taking something with a name this old. Herbal formulas passed down for centuries are great in theory, but "a handful of this, a pinch of that" is not a dosage
