Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang is a name that's really just an instruction manual in disguise.

Translated loosely from the Chinese, it means something like "tonify the middle and boost the qi," which sounds like a fortune cookie wrote a mission statement. Sun Ten has been making this traditional ginseng and astragalus combination for a long time, in tablet form, so you don't have to simmer a bag of roots on your stove like some kind of 1400s apothecary. The tablet is the whole appeal here. Somebody already did the boiling.

A Formula With Some History Behind It

This is a classic combination in traditional Chinese herbal practice, built around ginseng and astragalus root, two ingredients that have been paired together for centuries because somebody figured out they work well as a team. Astragalus root looks like a tongue depressor and ginseng root looks vaguely like a tiny confused person, but together in a tablet, they just look like a tablet. That's the beauty of processing.

Sun Ten extracts and concentrates the formula so you get the traditional blend without having to measure out loose herbs or own a mortar and pestle you'll use twice. It's daily wellness support in a format that fits in a pocket, which is more than you can say for a pot of tea.

How to Take It

Follow the dosage on the label. That part isn't a joke, that part is just where the actual instructions live, and they're printed there for a reason. Take it consistently as part of your regular routine. Ginseng and astragalus have been
